Own Marketing automation execution and data health to maximise opportunities to engage customers to drive successful outcomes.
Create dashboards and reports to measure each stage in the customer journey, including campaign effectiveness, pipeline conversion and contribution to key SaaS metrics.
Lead the marketing budget process including ROI reporting and recommendations for improvement.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to help coordinate forecasting & planning processes used within the Sales & Marketing organisation.
Proactively monitor forecasting & planning processes, coordinate reporting activities with other functions and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and help solve problems that arise.
To do this job efficiently you need to have a solid understanding of marketing automation, lead/database management, scoring and lifecycle. You also need to be obsessed with removing friction and delivering the best possible outcomes at every stage in the customer journey. A good understanding of B2B SaaS with experience of both inbound and outbound is an advantage.
