We’re looking for an exceptional individual to come on board as the Head of Account Management & Success. You’ll report directly to the VP of Net MRR Retention and work in close collaboration with the self-service, marketing and product teams.
You’ll be responsible for our customers being happy and growing with us over multi-year relationships.
Build out a world-class customer success experience for all customers
Expand the customer success experience for larger clients with direct account management
Attract, develop and retain talented and engaged people on your team
Grow revenue through increasing average the size of an account
