We’re looking for an exceptional individual to come on board as the Head of Account Management & Success. You’ll report directly to the VP of Net MRR Retention and work in close collaboration with the self-service, marketing and product teams. 


You’ll be responsible for our customers being happy and growing with us over multi-year relationships.



Responsibilities

  • Build out a world-class customer success experience for all customers

  • Expand the customer success experience for larger clients with direct account management

  • Attract, develop and retain talented and engaged people on your team

  • Grow revenue through increasing average the size of an account

  • Held a similar position before

  • Demonstrated results

  • Hands-on experience
