Head of Sales

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to come on board as the Head of Sales. You’ll report directly to the VP of New MRR and work in close collaboration with the self-service, marketing and product teams. 


We’ve primarily been growing via self-service and inbound. We’re big believers in that but also believe there is incredible opportunity in structuring an hands-on approach. You’ll inherit a team of 8 that includes account executives and BDRs.



Responsibilities

  • Manage prospecting and pipeline sales process

  • Attract, develop and retain talented and engaged people on your team

  • Own responsibility for sales volume and revenue forecasting and reporting

  • Grow revenue through increasing average size of contract


Requirements

  • Held a similar position before

  • Demonstrated results

  • Hands-on experience
